Passengers who have purchased on 12306.cn website without getting the paper tickets can directly apply for a refund on the website free of charge. The railway department warmly reminded that passengers should check the train schedule on 12306.cn website, at the station, through broadcast or related notice to better manage their agenda.

2月4日至2月7日始發(fā)的上海開K782/3次，上海南開K1209次，寧波開K1217/20次，青島北開K344/1次。

2月5日至2月8日始發(fā)的南昌開K8710次，萍鄉(xiāng)開K8708次。

已購買上述停運(yùn)列車車票的旅客，可于票面乘車日期起30日內(nèi)(含當(dāng)日)持車票到車站窗口辦理退票手續(xù)；在12306網(wǎng)站購買車票的旅客，如尚未換取紙質(zhì)報(bào)銷憑證，可在網(wǎng)站直接辦理退票，均不收取手續(xù)費(fèi)。鐵路部門提示，旅客可通過12306網(wǎng)站、車站大屏幕、廣播公告等方式，及時掌握列車運(yùn)行情況，合理安排行程。
